Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to create a park with a fountain with the money of the lottery.
Málaga is a city in the south of Spain. There are a lot of insteresting places to go but we haven't got a big park with a fountain. For that reason, we would like to build it. It will be good for the people in the city because you can do many things in the park, you can walk, run, play sports...
I would be grateful if you could answer me as soon as possible because we want to start the project next month. If you have any questions about our project, please contact me. I am looking forward to your answer
Yours faithfully,
María Gamarro

Anne Frank

Anne Frank was born on 12 June in Frankfurt, Germany. Daughter of Otto Frank and Edith Hollandes, she also had a sister named Margot who was three years her senior. The Franks were a German-Jewish family that went into hiding for two years in Amsterdam. Anne's parents gave her a red checkered diary for her 13th birthday where she wrote her terrible situation and her fear of living hidden. They spent two years there, never once stepping outside the dark, damp, sequestered portion of the building. On August 4, 1944 they were discovered by four Dutch Nazis and on August 8, 1944 they were sent to the Auschwitz death camp in Poland. After several months, Anne and Margot were again transferred to the Bergen-Belsen concentration camp. Their mother was not allowed to go with them and she fell ill and died at Auschwitz. At Bergen-Belsen Anne and her sister both came down with typhus and died in March 1945. Otto was the only memeber to survive. Nowadays, you can visit their appartment and you can read "The Diary of Anne Frank".

Living with a disability

My name's María and I've been blind and deaf since I had an accident. I was going with my family in the car and we crashed with another car. Since then I'm a blind and deaf person and I have to learn to live with my disabilities. I had to learn special skills like reading Braille and the sign language.

Life is different for me because I have to go everywhere with a special dog that guides me and I can't speak well with everybody because the people don't know sign language. I can look after myself but I need help with some things.

There are one or two things which frighten me. When I'm walking alone in the street, for example. Sometimes there are people that laugh at me but I ignore them. But usually people want to help me to cross the street or to go shopping!

My life

I was born in Málaga in 2000. When I was young, we lived in a different house. It was in a place called Huelin. We've moved since then, and I've lived here in Litoral neighborhood for eleven years now.
My earliest memory is very clear. I went to my grandparent's shop and I ate sweets with my cousins. I also remember when I changed school. I was 4 years old and I met my friends, I've been with them since then.
I've been at Fernando de los Ríos, secondary school for four years now. When I finish secondary school, I will probably be a teacher but I'm not sure. Before I'm old, I really want to meet Pablo Alborán and I really like the idea of travelling around the world.

The photo

Yesterday, I found this photo of my family and me. I think this was a photo of last year, and my oldest cousin took the photo. We were in my grandparents' home. The people you can see in the photo are: my cousins, my uncles, my aunts, my parents, my grandparents, my brother and me. This was a spontaneous photo because my cousins and me were laughing and talking, my uncles, my aunts and my parents were watching TV, my grandfather was reading a newspaper and my grandmother was sleeping! It's a funny photo! After the photo we came to Málaga, because the photo was taken in my grandparents' village.

Story

One day I was going to my dance class. While I was walking, I saw an unusual statue. It was very big, I think it was the biggest statue that I've ever seen in my life! When I took the photo, the statue was dancing! It was incredible! I continued my walk but I turned around and I didn't see the statue!

Déclaration universelle des droits de l'homme

Article 5
